Ernie Williams is the CEO and founder of Go-To-Green. Ernie served 23 years in the United States Military, with 7 years as a U.S. Marine infantryman, and 16 years a credentialed ‘Counterintelligence Special Agent’ for two classified “Tier One Special Mission Units. Mr. William achieved worldwide mission success leading several national-level missions consisting of source operations, counterintelligence, surveillance, surveillance detection, and counter-espionage operations.
He has extensive experience with frontier technologies used for surveillance and countersurveillance, from the use in combat to their technical development. His experience in military, and practical understanding of the human physical response to imminent and violent threat was instrumental in the design and planning of the Go-to-Green System.
Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Trinity College and University in 2006. His other education and training include military and intelligence training courses. He has received certificates in the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent Badge and Credentials, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA).
Scott has worked in political advisory, business intelligence and strategic communications for over 20 years, having started his career in 1998 providing support to advisors to State Premiers and the Prime Minister in Australia on numerous topics including infrastructure investment.
After emigrating to the United Kingdom in 2000, Scott transitioned from political affairs to commercial advertising and branding, where he worked at Start Design on numerous projects for Richard Branson’s Virgin Group.
Over the next 7 years while based in the UK, as an independent consultant he contributed to numerous projects including a review and recommendations for the BBC’s approach to online reporting on the conflicts in the Middle East and Afghanistan, the development of ACNielsen’s pan-European strategy, and the implementation plan for the conversion of UK Government Services to an online platform per the requirements of the Varney Report.
In 2007, Scott moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he continued to work in branding and design, where he consulted to numerous clients including the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and the Dubai World Trade Centre, for which he handled the production of assets for the digital marketing teams for their headline exhibitions including GITEX, Boat Show, Motor Show, GISEC and many others.
Fred Holmes received his BSEE from the University of Oklahoma and his JD from the University of Tulsa. Fred 40 years of experience designing cutting-edge products across numerous industries including: defense, law enforcement, aerospace, marine, fitness, medical, entertainment, oil field, and area lighting.
An inventor on over 25 patents and recipient of numerous industry awards including two Emmy awards from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for technical contributions to the television industry.
Fred is a registered patent attorney, prosecuted over 200 patent application and gained extensive litigation experience, as both an attorney and a client, in U. S. Federal District Court, the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission
Colin creates products and processes that consistently deliver breakthrough results. He brings 25 years’ experience as an industrial designer and 15 years’ experience working at Crane Co. in marketing, sales, and operations, in divisions ranging from Aerospace, Engineered Materials, Controls, Fluid Handling, and Merchandising Systems. A Six Sigma Lean Black Belt (LBB) and professional member of the IDSA.
Leonard also holds degrees in business management and global sustainability focusing on water resources and the water/energy nexus.
Colin currently serves customers in diverse industries as a consultant in product design, operations, intellectual property, sales, and marketing.
Dickie founded the NEXT Product Agency to innovate and commercialize products for the sports industry that generate profit by transforming the player experience.
He has brought over 40 innovative new products to market through new business development including a line of unique fishing and water sport devices, such as floating tools and lures which are marketed internationally.
Prior to forming the NEXT Product Agency, he generated over $10 million in venture capital for startups. Dickie brings over 35 years of professional tennis coaching and has numerous liaisons in the professional tennis circuits, the USTA and the TIA.
